Wing Beans
These are the flat, green bean like beans that, when sliced, look like an X.
These taste about the same as green beans that are common, but look more exotic.
you can substitute them for green beans in dishes.
buying & Storing:
choose bright green wing beans and they are usually in length of about 6 to 9 inches long.
Wing beans are often served raw with green papaya salad and with jeow or chili pepper dipping sauce.
keep in a plastic sealed bag in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
taste:
The taste is similar to string beans but blander and starchier.

Yam Beans
Alternatively known as sweet turnip and jicama.
taste:
They are pale and brown in color with white, crispy and slightly sweet flesh. 
They can be steamed, baked, boiled or fried; the sweet and nutty flavor is good both raw
and cooked. Try using them as a filling in spring rolls! Yam beans are a carbohydrate,
and a fair source of vitamin C and potassium.
buying & Storing:
While buying, choose tubers of medium size with smooth, fine skin. Store in the crisper
of the refrigerator for several weeks, and make sure to wrap tightly in plastic
