Cooking Tips:
- Garlic-Chi tends to get tough and/or lose flavour if over cooked. Cut one bunch of Garlic-Chi into 5cm lengths. Saute over moderate heat. Add salt and sugar to taste. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve. Season with chilli if you like it spicy. (As a variation to this, add prawns and saute).

Legend has it that Garlic-Chi was first fed to the Egyptian slaves to give them strength to build the pyramids, then it was the hailed as the original refuter of vampires - it seems there is nothing Garlic-Chi can't do.
