Organic Superfruit Smoothie

What you'll need:

Method:

  1. Combine ingredients, according to personal taste. Pulse in a blender until smooth. Consume chilled.

Mangosteen Sorbet

What you'll need:

Method:

  1. Peel the mangosteen and chop the fruit.
  2. Puree the fruit and stir through the champagne.
  3. Whip the egg whites, mix in the sugar then fold mixture into the fruit puree and freeze.
  4. Decorate with lime wedges to serve.

Flambeed Mangosteen & Rambutan Salad

What you'll need:

Method:

  1. Heat a frying pan over a medium-high heat and add butter. When butter begins to foam, add the mangosteen, rambutan and ginger. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
  2. Add the orange liqueur and tip the pan towards the heat so the liqueur lights. Once the flames have subsided, add the ginger syrup. Swirl to combine and serve immediately.

Very Berry Mangosteen Pie

What you'll need:

Method:

  1. Place one scoop of ice cream in each of two margarita glasses.
  2. Sprinkle the berries and mangosteen segments over the ice cream and drizzle with chocolate topping or top with a dollop of fresh whipped cream.
