Sour Sop Daiquiri
what you'll need:
- 60 ml of sieved soursop pulp
- 45 ml Bacardi rum
- 15 ml Blue Curacao
- 5 to 8 ice cubes
- Maraschino cherry
Method:
- Place all ingredients except cherry into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into large cocktail glass and decorate with cherry.

Sour Sop Cheesecake
What you'll need:
- 1 packet sweet biscuit crumbs
- 125g butter
- 250 gm cream cheese
- 1 small tin condensed milk
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup soursop pulp
- 3 teaspoons gelatine dissolved in 1/4 cup hot water
Method:
- Melt the butter and mix into biscuit crumbs to make a biscuit base.
- Mix all the other ingredients together using a beater until smooth.
- Pour into biscuit base and chill until set.
