Star Apple
Star Apple is a tropical fruit native to Central America. A close relative of the Abiu, this
spectacular ornamental tree has large green leaves with a vibrant golden underside. The round purple fruits display a beautiful central star design when sliced open. Star Apple Sometimes known as Caimito is native to the West Indies where it is a very popular fruit. Fruit can be purple or green skinned.

- The fresh fruit is often added to salads, drinks and other dishes.
